There are many options for unsweetened dairy-free yogurt that’s safe on the keto diet.
First, there’s Coyo Yogurt which is a bit challenging to get your paws on. Every time I find it, I stock up! It’s super thick, ultra fatty, and rich in probiotics.
Second, for my fellow Canadian pals, there’s Yoso. It’s an average consistency, comes unsweetened, and made with coconut. You can find it at many conventional grocery stores such as Superstore.
Thirdly, there’s So Delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt. The flavor is good, the consistency is that of regular dairy yogurt and it’s super easy to find just about anywhere.
