A couple of weeks ago, I met an 8 year old who had never had a donut. Not because he didn’t want one; gosh did he ever want one, but because his allergies were preventing him from experiencing what it was like to eat a donut.
To us it’s just a donut. To him, it was his world.
Feeling left out from life experiences injures the soul.

The veggie pops chapter is an ingenious way to get your greens! My personal food intolerances have prevented me from being able to eat frozen treats for over two years, this summer will be refreshingly different thanks to Purely Pops Cookbook.
