My journey started when I went on hormone replacement therapy to “cure” my hormonal imbalance – I hadn’t had a period in over 5 years. 8 months later, my hormones hadn’t budged but the scale had. The Keto Bundle combines two digital publications, PDFs that contain 324-page and 188-page programs. When you make your purchase, you will be sent an email. Once the links in the email are clicked, the files will download to your device and will contain the Fat Fueled program in a PDF format and The Keto Beginning program in PDF format. You can save the documents to your computer, or send it to your device. For instructions on how to do this, you can Google, “How to save PDF to *name of your device*”.
