Coconut Cardamom Keto Porridge

A keto breakfast ready in under 15 minutes – warm porridge drizzled with cacao butter and sprinkled with ground cardamom.
  1. Place the milk of your choice, hemp hearts, shredded coconut, oil of your choice, sweetener, vanilla, and cardamom in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat on medium stirring frequently until the porridge reaches a light simmer.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until hemp hearts soften. If the mixture gets too thick, add 2 tablespoons of water.
  3. Remove from the heat, stir in the rose water, if using. Divide the mixture between four bowls and enjoy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, place in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on low for 1 to 2 minutes. Or, place on the stovetop on low for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
