Calming Rooibos Ice Tea

Relaxing cool beverage complete with Natural Calm from Natural Vitality!
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons loose-leaf rooibos tea
  • 1 teaspoon of dried lavender buds
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of lemon flavor Natural Calm
  1. Bring water to the boil.
  2. Add the rooibos and lavender to a teapot and brew tea for 5 minutes. Stir in the Natural Calm.
  3. Serve immediately, chilled over ice, or cool in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours and then enjoy cold.
