Avocado and Spinach Super-Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
