Spicy Roasted Almonds
Serves: 2 cups
  1. Preheat oven to 170F
  2. In a small bowl, toss almonds with coconut oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and salt.
  3. Lay flat on a sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning at least once until nuts are toasted. Enjoy warm.
  4. Once cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy within seven days.
