Fermented beet recipe to help heal your digestive system!
  • 2-3 organic beets
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt or vegetable starter
  • Filtered Water
  1. Scrub and peel the beets.
  2. Chop the beets into cubes and place in a clean quart jar.
  3. Sprinkle the sea salt over the beets.
  4. Fill the jar with filtered water. Cover with a lid and seal tightly.
  5. Leave the jar at room temperature for 2-3 days, and then move to the fridge.
  6. Once the beets have fermented, you can eat the chopped beets AND drink the juice.
