Buckwheat and Hemp Porridge

A gluten-free and vegan alternative to the classic porridge. Sweetened with raw honey and topped with hemp hearts.
  1. Heat water to a boil
  2. Stir in buckwheat, bring back to a boil, lower heat to medium-low and cover
  3. Cook for 10 minutes
  4. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients
Alternative: When serving, replace honey with 1 tablespoon of nut butter (try peanut butter!) and 1 tablespoon of raw chocolate for a peanut butter cup creation. Great alternative for all you sugar-free foodies out there.
