  1. Ummm. You are thin. Eff that guy. You are AMAZING!! I have struggled with anorexia for most of my life. When I eat to live instead of live to be thin, I feel awesome. However, I am curvy, I will always have a butt. I am healthy, now, too! I love that you have guided me to keto so that I can be even more healthy!

I just love you! Stay true to you!

    • Thank you, Claire, I think YOU’RE amazing! ;) Good for you for being healthy and totally owning who you are!

  2. Thin and healthy. It’s possible.
What comes to mind though is Maria Emmerich. Her body is reminiscent of an anorexic’s and I always wonder if she’s healthy…I am not saying this to be judgmental. I genuinely am concerned and curious…

OH and…AMAZING message, Leanne. You are a true inspiration. An amazing woman.

    • Oh yes, it’s definitely possible for some people to be thin and healthy, but not everyone needs to be thin to be healthy. Maria’s health and weight are her business, so I don’t feel comfortable speaking to that. So glad you enjoyed the message! Thank you for supporting me, I appreciate it SO much!

  3. You’re awesome! Love your videos! Thank you for sharing and keeping things real! ?

  4. Hi Leanne, will any of your books be coming out in a print version? I thought I remember you saying something about April in a podcast, but maybe you were speaking of something different? I would love to read them but really prefer reference-type books in print so I can refer back to the info easily and often. Also, if I was going to purchase one and am currently pretty low carb Paleo, but not keto, would you recommend starting with Keto Beginnings or going straight to Fat Fueled? Thanks!

    • Hey, Robin! My paperback book The Keto Diet will be released in April 2017 and it will be full of ALL new content, not found in my other digital programs. You can read more about the book and pre-order it here. Stay tuned for a special podcast episode all about the content of the new book, too :) The Keto Beginning shows you why high-fat eating works, while, Fat Fueled shows you how to make it work specifically for you. If you’re fully committed to living a high-fat, fat fueled kind of lifestyle, you could get both programs and understand exactly why it works, and then use Fat Fueled to understand how to make it work for you, and with very, very in-depth guides. I hope this helps!

  5. Leanne, I’m very interested in eating this way, but don’t want to eat much animal food. Is it possible to eat keto and yet be close to vegetarian?
    Thanks!
    Christie

    • It sure is! I have seen many women in your place have great success with this eating style. Keto is great for plant-based living. The information provided in my books is good for anyone, the meal plans and recipes have meat, but it’s a template that you can use to make it your own. Here’s a video about thriving as a vegetarian/vegan on keto: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnmXo7Uonik So many tips in there!

  6. Leanne, this, and so many of your videos, is so empowering. It’s like having a coffee/RFL visit with a friend who is supportive and giving a pep-talk.

  7. You are such an inspiration. Please keep going and doing what you are doing. You are truly helping so many people. The negative comments are a sign you are doing what you have been placed on this earth to do. Have a great day.

    • Thank you so much for the encouraging words, Beverly! I’ll keep it up for sure :)

  8. That love handle hallucinating troll is so lucky we are gracious, kind and generally better people than many. We’re here trying to have empathy for him when he lashes out. This is critical thought and self-awareness at it’s epitome. Stay classy Leanne and btw I love your hair today :)

  9. OMG! Why would anyone say that about you? There is a huge double standard for women. Thank you for sharing this, this message is very important ?
