Workouts For Home or On-The-Go + A Chance To Win

FitFusion Videos

Unlimited workouts from top fitness experts, anytime, anywhere. 150+ hours of streaming fitness DVDs.

I ducked out of CrossFit last winter for a bunch of different reasons. The cost (it was $160/month), the intensity (I was pushing myself to do things that were injuring my knee), the competitiveness (I thought really poorly of myself a lot of the time because I couldn’t do what others could) and the stress that came with trying to coordinate CrossFit classes with Yoga classes – it was just too much.

After leaving CrossFit, I purchased a couple of workout DVDs (one was over $100, yikes!) and resorted to working out at home. Home workouts give me the flexibility of working out when I want in a happy environment to music that I enjoy. Only issue is… the workouts get repetitive and it’s challenging to take them with me when I’m traveling.

Then I found FitFusion.

FitFusion Jillian Michaels

FitFusion is a digital platform that fuses together a variety of premium fitness video content from my favorite trainers like Jillian Michaels, Tara Stiles, Zuzka (from the old BodyRock), and more. There are over 150 hours of fitness videos on their site that I can access when I want, wherever I am. FitFusion has given me something I couldn’t find anywhere else – variety, accessibility and the ability to workout at home for under $10 a month. Paired with my in-studio, daily hot yoga practice, FitFusion helps me strengthen my body and my practice for a very, very reasonable price.

Subscriptions are $9.99/month, which gives me round the clock access to Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Bootcamp, Dance videos and more. Many of my favorite videos are short-burst workouts (HIIT) that don’t require the use of any equipment. Just 20 minutes, my laptop, my shorts, a workout bra, and I’m there.

FitFusion In Training

Because I’ve been so impressed with their setup (and it just keeps on getting better with more and more content added every week) FitFusion has setup a free 2-week trial for Healthful Pursuit readers. If you don’t enjoy FitFusion after the 2 weeks, cancel, and you won’t be charged.

And! Everyone that signs up for a 2-week trial will be entered to win 1 of 4 monthly subscriptions and 1 yearly subscription.

Start your 2 week trial now.

Combined with my hot yoga practice + 10,000 steps per day, the videos on FitFusion have helped me develop muscle tone, strength and a healthy dose of confidence, too.

If you give the trial a try, I’d love to hear what you think about the program. It’s the first (I’ve found) of it’s kind and I’m really excited to be able to share it with you!

  1. Hi Leanne, what are some workouts/trainers you would recommend on fitfusion? I don’t have dumbells, but I do have a variety of kettlebells (they are the best!) and a resistance band. Also, due to a previous knee surgery, I can’t jump ):

  2. Thank you so much for this! i have been working out at home for years to save myself time and hassle of gyms by using DVDs. However, I found find to be quick to memorize the routines. Therefore, I recently stumbled on to scouring for free work out videos to mix up my routine and surprise my body which I LOVE!
So again, thanks I can’t wait to try this and hopefully WIN!!!

  3. I really like to workout at home too. The last gym I attended was on a guest pass with a friend at a sports club and I had the distinct impression that I was being stared at several times– I felt self conscious. And I won’t even get into all the primping that went on in the Women’s locker room (I kept thinking “were these ladies going to a club or someplace afterward? I’m going home”.)
I love Fitness Blender too and and PopSugar Fitness
I catch them on You Tube. I also see that FitFusion has the Tone It Up! ladies, who I just started getting into their workouts as well.
I love to mix it up so I’ll be checking this one out.

  4. Thanks for the info. You should also check out Totally free and really awesome workouts. You can customize what you’re looking for in the “find a workout” /search workouts section (intensity from 1-5, keyword search, body focus, length of time, equipment needed, etc..). I have used their multiple day challenges, boxing, quick hiit/tabata style workouts, strength, and pilates/yoga style wrkts and all are amazing! Highly recommend!!
