Snack Attack!!!

I am a self professed snacker.

There’s always a pile of coconut bars in my car, a couple of fruit bars in the desk drawer of my office, and a couple of mini bags of nut butters in my purse. A girl can never be too prepared.

As long as you’re going for products that are going to keep you fuller, longer, snacks are a great way to keep your metabolism running, maintain healthy energy levels, and keep your brain functioning at tip-top performance.

I’ve spent years looking for the tastiest, healthiest snacks and thought it would be fun to share a couple of my favorites with one lucky HP reader! [Because you guys are so awesome, and I appreciate all the support you continue to show on a daily basis!]

As much as I would love to send you a box of my favorite homemade goodies, I’ll stick to things that are easier to ship.

  1. Wow! I love your blog and especially your giveaway! My favorite snack is 1/4 cup of popcorn kernals that are airpopped and then topped with 1/4 cup of dried cherries and 1/4 shaved parmesan cheese. Oh my goodness it is delicious. You get the crunch from the popcornm, the sweet and tartness from the dried cherries and the saltiness from the parmesan cheese. It is a much try!
