Earthy dressing made with fresh cilantro, lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos (for a soy-free alternative)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor or blender and process until smooth. Store in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
