Eggnog Smoothie with 1 Minute Vanilla Whip

I did two things with my leftover homemade eggnog – pancakes and a smoothie.

And when all was said and done, I wish I had just made two smoothies and been done with it. The pancakes were good, but the smoothie was better.

Thankfully, I now know just how easy it is to make eggnog that making another batch doesn’t intimidate me. Maybe this time I’ll sweetened it with 2 medjool dates to lower the sugar content even further.

Until then, I’ll just stare at this picture and remind myself how darn tasty this was!

I enjoyed my smoothie and pancakes while inputting the last of what is now a collection of 277 recipes, into recipage.

I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when you’re searching for the perfect recipe on your favorite blog and are greeted with a billion posts you weren’t intending on reading. Thankfully, the folks over at recipage knew exactly what challenges bloggers were faced with and created an absolute perfect solution.

This new page will make your time on the blog more efficient, and makes me happy knowing that you’re finding what you’re looking for when you stop by!

Okay, time to get to work and begin dreaming about my next eggnog smoothie.
