If you’ve been following me for a bit than you may be well aware that I have a slight medjool date obsession.
It should then come to no surprise that when I came across Cajun Chef Ryan‘s post for a Banana Date Smoothie, I began dancing at my desk.
It was then that I knew, Ryan and I would get along smashingly.
So, when Ryan was offering a chance to write a guest post for his blog, I knew I had to jump at the opportunity.
I bring you Flirty Raspberry Fig Bars… deliciously sweet, made with almond flour, almond slivers, and fresh [sugar free] fruit preserve!

Looking very yummy ..
Yes, Yes, Yesssss! These look and sound well, perfect. I am putting them on the very top of my ridiculous ‘To Do’ List. I just love your beautiful blog and I’m on my way to Ryan’s right now.
I made some healthified fig bars not to long ago. They are on my blog, Simply Healthy Family. I would just love for you to stop by or join my humble little blog.
I clicked over from the New Healthy, and boy I”m glad I did! I have both a fig and date obsession (lets just be honest and call it a sugar obsession I guess).
These look very delicious

Thanks for stopping by, Meri! I’m so happy you found my blog!
Congrats on the post, well done, love the recipe.
I think we have a lot in common, the way we look at the food and healthy lifestyle. So nice to meet you:)
Looks like you managed to make a much healthier version of my raspberry almond bars:) Great job! These sound delicious:)
Thank you! My mom used to make something similar when I was growing up, looks very close to the recipe you used [by the way those look SO delicious. The strawberry gave it a much nicer color than mine... I'll have to try that next time.] These have quickly become my favorite dessert. Nom nom nom!
ahh these look fab~!!!
