Nothing pleased me more than to find Enjoy Life granola about 6 months into my gluten free diet. “The things I could do with this!” I thought on the first day it caught my eye.
Enjoy Life products are gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, soy free, egg free and casein-free. They’ve really tried to eliminate all of the common allergens in their foods, minus corn & potatoes. Their granola’s are sulfite-free and contain minimal, generally whole food ingredients: Brown Rice Flakes, Evaporated Cane Juice, Brown Rice Syrup, Water, Raisins*, Rice Crisps (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Raisin Juice Concentrate, Honey, Salt), Rice Bran, Cinnamon, Natural Cinnamon Flavor, Ground Flaxseed, Rosemary Extract
As opposed to the multiple (unnecessary) ingredients in many of our commercial granola’s such as: whole grain oats, sugar, corn syrup, oat bran, rice, honey, soluble wheat fiber, modified corn starch, soy grits, molasses, corn flour, natural flavor, salt, acacia gum, soy protein isolate, oat fiber, evaporated cane juice, malt flavoring, high fructose corn syrup, niacinamide, reduced iron, bht (preservative), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), ascorbic acid (vitamin c), vitamin a palmitate, folic acid, ferrous fumarate, calcium pantothenate, vitamin d, vitamin b12.

- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and walnuts in a large bowl
- Combine coconut, granola, coconut oil, and sucanat in a small bowl
- Separate apple mixture into two 2 cup stoneware dishes
- Sprinkle granola mixture on top
- Place in oven for 25min
